Can I see the book before I pay?

Yes. The editor renders a full, spread-by-spread proof you can flip through before you ever reach for a card. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Can I make edits after I place my order?

No. Once you submit, the book goes straight to the press, so we can't pull it back to swap a photo or fix a caption. Use the full-spread preview to check everything first. If you spot a genuine production problem, see our returns page.

Do I need an account to start a book?

Accepted Answer

You can design and preview a whole book without an account. We only ask you to sign in when you're ready to save your work or check out.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You pay by transferring the total to our JazzCash account, from any bank app or wallet. Prices are shown in PKR, and you'll see the full total, including shipping, before you confirm. The account details, the amount and your order reference appear on your order page as soon as you place the order, and you send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. Your book goes to print as soon as the payment clears. We don't offer cash on delivery: every book is made to order, so payment comes first.

How long does printing take?

Every book is printed to order, and we confirm the printing and delivery window when you place yours. We'll email you when it's printed and again when it's on the way.

What paper and binding do you use?

Accepted Answer

Every book is printed on thick 170gsm uncoated matte with lay-flat binding, so a photo can run clean across both pages without falling into the gutter. Hardcovers are printed edge to edge. There's no premium tier here, premium is the only tier.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

We print to a calibrated profile and aim to stay true to your screen. Screens are backlit and paper isn't, so deep blacks and bright whites read a touch softer in print. That's normal, not a defect.

Will my photos print sharp?

Accepted Answer

Most photos taken directly on a phone or camera print beautifully. The editor checks whether each file contains enough detail for its size on the printed page. If a photo may look blurry, make it smaller on the page or replace it with the full-size file saved on your phone or camera. Screenshots and copies saved from WhatsApp, Instagram, or other apps often contain less detail. You can also choose a more compact book size. Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery within Pakistan is a flat PKR 350, and it's free on orders over PKR 20,000. International rates are quoted per order. See the shipping page for the full table.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your book leaves the press, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Can I return my book if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Because every book is printed just for you, we can't take it back for a change of heart. What we will always do is make it right if the book arrives damaged or misprinted. Our returns page walks through exactly how.

My book arrived damaged. What now?

Accepted Answer

We're sorry, and we'll fix it. Email support@crimsie.com within 14 days of delivery with a couple of photos, and we'll reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Yes. If you need a format, size, or quantity that isn't listed, email us and we'll work something out.

Can I send a book straight to someone as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a handwritten note. Books arrive boxed and wrapped, with no pricing anywhere inside.
